Kuruppalil
Naina Memorial MES Orphanage was started in the year 1971, by late
N.Mustafa Sahib in memory of his father Late Kuruppalil Naina Sahib
and after two years it was entrusted to the Muslim Educational Society.
At present there are 87 inmates, including 32 girls. The Orphanage
ensures overall development of the inmates by providing food, shelter,clothing,
healthcare and educational facilities. In addition to the school
education upto SSLC, Orphanage is also providing vocational training
and theological education to all inmates. Capable student who pass
the secondary school examination are given support and guidance
for their higher education. |

We maintain
about 20 old aged men and women, cared by nobody, in the evening of their
life. They are poor and helpless. For their rehabilitations an old age
home is started. |

A
special school is started in the name of (late) N.Mustafa Sahib. It teachers
and trains about 52 students who are mentally weak, separated from families
and society. We arrange them transportation from their homes to school
in addition to food and other facilities , free of cost |

A
kids home is maintained for the kids who are destined to beg.
They are to be self-reliant. We assure mothers love and security to them.
The inmates includes 22 kids about five years old. |

Mothers
home is started for the for the house wife’s who are frus-
trated due to social cultural and economical factors. We protect
house wife’s who are totally worried of domestic affairs.

In
this complex we protect a mosque dedicated and constructed
Janab M.A Yousuf Ali Sahib, M.D of M.K.Group of companies and member
of central WAKF Council. He is the chairman of M.E.S Medical College
Perinthalmanna.

A
computer centre is started in this charitable complex with 10 computers
and other connected equipments. It is most beneficial both the inmates
and others
|

The nursery school started in 1992 takes care of 65 kids. the school employs
5 full time staff & runs a van services for the conveyance of the
students. The venture intends to attract children to the world of learning
at a very early age. This is highly essential in the muslim community
where the children are far behind others in the world of knowledge.

Naina Memorial M.E.S UP School was established in the year 1976
and now it is a government aided UP School. About 550 students are
studying in 17 divisions under the able guidance and coaching of
20 teachers. Most of the students are from the orphanage and the
local community. the school plays the role of the only facilitators
for basic education in the local muslim community |

Naina Memorial M.E.S High School was started in the year 2003-04
with the aim of providing better higher education facilities to
the students of the UP School after their passing of 7th standard.
Now students can study upto 10th standards from nursery classes
under single roof. In the High School about 245 students are studying
under the able guidance of well experienced teachers. the second
SSLC batch is to appear for the SSLC examination this year. And
we expect 100% first class pass result. |

A
vocational training centre with facilities for training in Tailoring,
Needle work, Embroidery,Painting and Cottage industries is functioning
at the complex. This institute imparts Vocational Training to the
inmates of the orphanage, employable children of the Special School
and Muslim Girls from the local community. The institute runs under
2 qualified teachers. the institute aims development of self employment
skills. |
